Wilde Hunt Corsetry in New PBS Series Mercy Street
Costume Designer Amy Andrews Harrell (Bram Stoker’s Dracula, Signs, Lincoln) recently reached out to me and requested that I create a historic, Civil War era corset for the new PBS drama series Mercy Street. The series will be directed by Ridley Scott (Blade Runner, Alien, Gladiator, Thelma and Louise) and is set to air along side Downton Abbey, in Winter 2016.
I can’t share photos of the completed corset yet, but the above photo is the aftermath of my embroidered flossing marathon. I’m excited to see the corset in action on screen.
