La Carmina Wears the Anatomist Corset in Oddities New Season Trailer
La Carmina can be seen wearing the Anatomist corset at 0:13 in this trailer for the new season of The Science Channel’s hit show Oddities! This television show follows all the interesting (and odd!) things that are bought and sold in Obscura, a unique antique store in NYC. It’s one of my favorite shows on TV right now so I was really excited when La Carmina contacted me looking for something to wear that would suit the theme of the show! Since Obscura sells a lot of skeletal specimens, I knew that antique anatomical illustrations would be the perfect design for this corset!

Video – Electric Corset
My friend John Bachman made this fun video of my Electric Corset. After watching the Tron movies, I felt compelled to try my hand at light up clothing. I created this corset which has piping that actually lights up. The wearer has the option of selecting from three speeds of blink modes. They are a lot of fun to wear and since making this original corset, I have made quite a few other electrically lit corsets for clients. There are many gorgeous colors of lights available.
