Couture-Style Beadwork Class at Columbus College of Art and Design

Dear Friends,

I wanted to tell everyone about a class I am teaching at CCAD on  June 18 – 22.  It focuses on beadwork for clothing. If you ever wanted to know how to properly embellish fabric, this is the perfect class.

Students will learn a variety of hand stitches and will also get an introduction to French tambour beading – the signature method of French Couture Embroidery. We will address all the details of fabric, thread, and needle selection which will ensure the durability of your beadwork. No experience is necessary. You can sign up for the class here:
